Paramdeep Sandhu — BTL Group Chairperson
Paramdeep Sandhu serves as chairperson of the shared BTL Group arrangement. The chairperson provides a point of coordination for the common brand and discussions among participating companies. Decisions, contracts and commitments remain with the relevant legal companies and their authorised officers.

Each company determines its own legal instructions, approvals and contractual commitments.
Eric Zhang brings a real estate acquisition perspective to the advisory board. His role concerns the identification and initial assessment of property opportunities and the coordination of acquisition discussions. Any offer, due diligence instruction or purchase is made by the relevant legal entity under its own authority.
